After spending more than half a day on hold and speaking with several people to order a simple part from Sleep Number, Brandon answered the phone and shipped me the part I needed same day! The other guys, would not even ship for over a week! Not a good solution when your bed chamber is flat. Brandon has created a great solution so you do not have to unzip your bed to access the valves from the above mentioned company. I have a queen sized Sleep Number bed (approx. 3-4 years old) and have been looking for a cure to "trenching" (rolling towards the center of the bed), that seems to be a common problem with some of their beds. I happened upon Air Bed Repair Man and love the support my bed has now. I have been able to lower my setting from 100 to a Sleep Number of 30 again!

Review of Foam Support Bundle:
I was having trouble with my sleep number bed with "trenching" (both sides rolling down towards the middle). I tried a few fixes, even one that Sleep Number suggested. Nothing seemed to work. These are expensive beds and should not break down. After finding this support foam bundle I knew I had to have it! Its has really helped the bed to be better than new! Will come back for the cover soon!

After 2 or so years with a different bed the product had deteriorated so there was a significant "ledge" so to speak in the middle of our bed. Our sleep was beginning to suffer until we added this support foam bundle. The design locks the air chambers in place and reinforces the bed very well, five starts to Air Bed Pros!

My mattress was leaking and upon taking things apart, I saw that this piece (F236) was broken. I contacted Sleep Number. They do not sell parts like this but for $256 (my pro-rated warranty price) they would send me a factory reconditioned pump. Naturally, I checked online and saw Brandons repair kit and new it would work to fix my bed! 5 STARS

The foam in our old air bed was breaking down after 10 years. The sleep number warranty left a lot to be desired so I started researching other options. Found Air Bed Pros had just the parts I wanted at a great price. My mattress Cover was still holding up and the new foam made it feel like new.

Mattress cover and foam rails arrived within a week of ordering. Pleased with the quality of materials and workmanship. Feels like an upgrade from the original sleep number. Getting the new bedding has made a tremendous difference in our sleep, hats off to air bed pros.

First to say, I don't usually write reviews. Air Bed Pros 6" Support Foam Rails replaced the foam rails in my p6 Sleep number bed.
They made an absolute amazing difference! It renewed my number bed to better than it was when new. The firm support it provided made all the difference to the air chambers as well. I went from resless sleep of maybe 5 peaceful/restful sleep.

Our old sleep number bed was breaking down, so replaced it with this product. It is better now than I remember it being when it was new. The locking bolsters are much more secure than the original 4 piece bolster system.

My 11 y/o SN bed was sagging and “dimpling” – leaving a pocket in the middle. Inflating to 100 didn’t solve it. I had recently purchased a new pump, so was willing to buy an entire new bed(without pump), but SN would not take the pump back even though it was not needed. Ultimately I found Air Bed Pros and added the support foam bundle and mattress cover and my bed works better then new.

My leak was the common "o-ring broken off" at the mattress (male) inlet. The kit arrived inside of 72 hrs, and went on in a matter of minutes. . . including keeping a few curious weiner-dogs at bay. Quick and perfect fix. Thanks Brandon!

I needed a 5 foot extension hose for both of the air chambers in the Cal King that I put in my RV. Brandon made them up for me using the extension hose and M236 and F236 connectors. The hose is very flexible and the way I had to run the pump under the cabinet worked great.

This package is exactly what my bed needed for my dual chamber 6i we bought in 2012. (Yes, 6 years old and foam fatigue is NOT covered under their warranty as it is considered “normal wear and tear”) The bolsters are most important because they support the sides of the air chambers, and these are great! I ended up calling Air Bed pros to make sure I was getting the product that I needed. Brandon was really helpful and explained what would be best to fix my sad, saggy two chamber Sleep Number bed. When I got it, I was r I am super happy with my bed now! It was easy to put together and I really like that I didn't have to buy a new mattress to have that amazing I found my perfect bed feeling. My Wife and I contacted Sleep Number Beds about replacement parts for our split king size adjustable power bed.
The side rails, foam top pads, and cover were worn out from normal use as well as the raising and lowering of the power reclining bed.
What we found when we contacted Sleep Number was a customer service that left us on hold for 20 minutes but that was just the beginning. After we finally spoke to a sales rep. about replacement parts for our worn out be So searching the internet to see if there were any third-party replacement parts I came across a couple different companies that made replacement parts but it wasn't until I found Airbed Pros and the complete replacement. Our bed was bulging out at the sides and we were constantly waking up in the middle of the night and pushing the mattress back on the foundation. The customer service at AirBed Pros is 5 star as well when I called with th Well, I can go on and on praising AirBed Pros and would be glad to talk to anyone about how great my bed is now, (actually bed is better than the original bed) but watch the videos they have and call Brandon yourself, you Ron & Tami Unger Salem, Wi.

We are so happy to have run across your company. We were ready to start looking for a new bed to replace our Sleep Number p5, and found out about your replacement parts. Well, our bed really is better than new! The 6 inch side, head & foot support rails are very well constructed, and with them being enclosed in fabric and attached to each other, they should hold up very well. They now completely support and contain the air chambers. Our old OEM foam rails were trash after 12 years. Thank you for an excellent product, and unbelievable next day delivery!!

I have been working on building my own bed for a while so when I decided to use an air mattress design I needed to find the components to make it work. Sleep Number only sells parts to people that bought their beds new. So I started looking at used parts but after testing a friend’s SN bed I noticed the design of the edge system from the factory was not the best. The issue is that the foam has a tendency to bow outwards (often rolling in the process) and it’s too soft for my liking. I took a chance on this because it seemed to solve the bowing problem and Brandon assured me it was firmer than the OEM foam. I’m super happy with how it feels and you can sit on the edge to put on your socks without falling into the bed. I even had some issue trying to figure out how to install the hoses through the fabric and Brandon was quick to text me back and I had it solved in no time flat. Can’t recommend this setup enough, very impressed and the service/support are just as spectacular!

I needed to replace some components of my older bed and got excellent service from the Air Bed Repair Man. Parts were delivered extremely quickly and a phone call gave me the extra details I needed to put the bed together correctly.

Previously, I had an order with,... let's just say another premium air bed company... My order languished with them for 6 weeks, with no promise for when my order would be filled--not even a guess. Thanks to Air Bed Pros, I was able to cancel the order with the non-responsive company and work with people who want my business. I am completely satisfied...actually, more than satisfied. I happened to be looking on YouTube and found a video by Brandon (Air Bed Pros) addressing this Sleep Number bed issue. The fix made sense and I purchased the foam support package for my bed. I was unsure of the purchase for the first two nights. I felt that my bed became too firm. I tried changing the air pressure on each side etc. I finally gave up and returned to my normal air setting. The third night was better, the fourth night was better yet and this morning I felt totally rested and without any aches or pains. I hope to continue with this sleep pattern. I think this was the cure for my issue. Thanks Brandon.

I ended up calling Air Bed pros to make sure I was getting the product that I needed. Brandon was really helpful and explained what would be best to fix my sad, saggy two chamber Sleep Number bed.  When I got it, I was really impressed, the nylon support between the foam rails makes a lot of sense. Just so you know, there are no holes in the nylon or the mattress cover for the air hoses but it's simple enough to cut your own. I called Brandon to ask about that and he returned my call right away. He explained that he does that now because there are so many different styles of airbeds out there. 

I am super happy with my bed now! It was easy to put together and I really like that I didn't have to buy a new mattress to have that amazing I found my perfect bed feeling. Thanks so much!

My first impression was good. Brandon understood my problem and told me what I'd need to fix it. I had a 30-year old sleep number bed and the support system was sagging. I ordered what he suggested. It did take a month longer than he estimated and I admit I was nervous. When the package arrived, I ripped apart my bed in giddy anticipation. Then I noticed there were no instructions included. The solution seemed pretty obvious (I would have to cut holes in the material and foam myself, but I was disconcerted that the online video I found showed some labels which weren't present on the product I received. I emailed Brandon AND HE RESPONDED IN MINUTES with directions. Ten minutes later, my bed was together and BETTER than new! I look at the sleep number foam railings and think "What a ridiculous design". Airpros support system is incredible. It gave new life to a 30-year old bed which I was going to throw away and pay thousands for a new one. My wife, whose health is not good, is sleeping well for the first time in forever. I was looking at the prospect of having to buy new kind and queen-sized sleep number beds because of sagging in the middle.  I would wake up multiple times each night because of my back and neck hurting.  Happened upon this site after looking for a way to refurbish the bed since the frame and bladders and pump are all still fine.  I got the king foam kit and installed it. The construction of these parts is 1000% better than the original foam and added immediate support to the bed (look at his pictures and you will see what I mean).  I ordered the queen size foam bundle after the first night's sleep.  Great engineering and Brandon was a really nice gentleman to do business with.

I was on the fence about buying the mattress cover bundle. Glad I did. The difference was amazing I no longer roll to the middle of the bed and no longer feel like I’m climbing out of that same hole in the middle of the bed. Brandon was extremely helpful! Our SN  bed is over 10 years old. Parts work great-pump, etc. But we were ready to bite the bullet and order a new one. I decided to give this a try and it completely fixed the issue. The side rails were  weakened from  using the adjustable head. I didn't realize how much the rails are an integral part of keeping everything firm and functioning. The support foam bundle fixed it. I will say they are a bit challenging to get in since they are stiffer (better) than the original SN foam. But keep working at it because they do actually fit inside the corner brackets that came inside the bed. Also don't despair when you open it and it looks different. These are actually sewed to a solid piece of fabric at each end, so they don't quite look the same. But they do work.  I also let mine open up fully to get the foam to expand from being packed inside the box. I am ordering a second set for my husband's side of the twin XL we have. It will matter whether your twin is standard or XL I think, since the rail length is important. I am happy  I found this solution and the shipping was fast.

We were experiencing a large sag in the middle of our 5 year old sleep number bed, and it was exacerbating my chronic back problems.  I have had several spinal surgeries, so a good mattress is vitally important.

I thought I was stuck with my sagging Sleep Number, as the costs to replace are prohibitive, especially after only 5 years!  Also, the sleep number website does not easily let you search costs for repairs, nor offer replacement parts (they want you to spend more and buy a new mattress, not repair the one you have). Then, I came across this website.  What a life saver.

I purchased the Foam bundle, installed it without difficulty, and experienced an immediate improvement in the firmness of the mattress and a decrease in my back pain.  Wonderful product, works as advertised!  

The only small criticism I have is that it would have been helpful to have some simple directions, just to ensure I did the installation correctly, such as where to place the air hoses- over or under?

Wow!  I cannot even tell you how incredible Brandon's Sleep Number Foam Rail invention is!  I placed my order and 4 days later my bundle arrived.  And it was so easy to swap out my parts.  With the help of one other person, we didn't even have to unhook and remove the air hoses, just tip them up, lay out the side rails, straighten, tip up and lay out the top and bottom rails, adjust and zip it up!  We were done in under 4 minutes and my bed feels as firm and supportive as it did when it was new!  The other reviewers were not kidding, if you need to replace your supports, don't wait, do it now, and buy from Brandon.  Zero regrets!

We purchased the foam support bundle for our queen size dual chamber Sleep Number bed that is about 20 years old.  We are very happy with the way the bed is now.  No more sliding to the middle or off the edge when you try to sit on it.  It was relatively easy to set up.  We just needed to figure out how to run the air hoses through the underlayment material between the side rails.  Thanks, Brandon, for providing these supports at reasonable prices.  It came much faster than expected.  In fact, it came so fast that it was going to arrive while we were out of town, so we had to have the package rerouted to the local UPS store so it wouldn't be left unattended on our porch.  I hope you'll still be in business if we need additional parts in the future.  Many blessings to you and yours.

I purchased our king size sleep number bed in 2005.  About 2011 hubby started complaining about the bed was no longer comfortable so we dismantled the bed and put it in the storage shed.

Fast forward to 2021, the mattress with the individual wrapped coils started getting bent out of shape so hubby decided to bring the Sleep Number bed out of storage.

Problem.... mice had been having a high ole time on the mattress cover!! Not only had they made "mouse messes" all over the cover but they chewed big holes in the cover for threads to fluff up their beds.

I was going to toss the whole mess in the trash until I found this website. All the other components were fine so l ordered the cover.

After assembling the bed it was obvious the bed wasn't as comfortable as it should be (we both kept rolling to the outside. So.. even though the rails "seemed" fine,

I ordered the support rails. 

When the rails arrived we installed them. OH MY!!! What a difference!! Our bed is now better than it ever was.

On a lighter side:

After putting the new cover on and sleeping on the bed, hubby started complaining that his side kept loosing air. I was about to take everything off and check for leaks when it dawned on me what was happening.  He sleeps on the right side, but he was pressing the button for the LEFT side!! So, to play it safe, I ordered some patches when I ordered the rails. I'm ready now, just in case ; )

I have a 18 yr old full size Sleep Number bed. I knew the only issue with it was the foam supports. A Google search led me to this website. All I can say is Sleep Number should be ashamed of themselves for the foam side supports that come with their beds. Airpro Air Bed supports are far superior. What a cost-effective way to restore my bed to its original function.
