Link to your individual collections by creating a new linklist in the Navigation section of the admin.
You can then have it appear here by choosing your new linklist under Customize Theme / Sidebar.
Every AIRPRO Bed comes with a 45 night in-home trial and if for any reason during this time you decide that a AIRPRO mattress is not the right fit for you, simply contact us. We will provide you with information on how to ship it to our warehouse and provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number to write on each box.
Your comfort and satisfaction are the most important thing to us, so we want to make sure you get the bed you you are comfortable on. We know while most find our beds to be extremely comfortable, for others it may take some time for your body to get use to the new mattress, so we ask that you at least try it for 30 days so your body can adjust to the new sleeping surface. It can take some time for sore muscles to relax and allow you to fully rest.
All mattresses must be returned within 60 days of the purchase date and arrive in a clean and sanitary condition free from smoke or pet stains, odors and dander or dirt. Customer is responsible for shipping and restocking fees which vary by product. After the mattresses arrive at our warehouse, it will take up to 30 days for them to be inspected. Items sent to us without an RMA will not be accepted.
If you received a promotional product with your purchase, the retail price on that item(s) will be deducted from your return credit.
In Home Trial does not apply to the following items:
- Items sold as Repair Parts
- Hot Cold Temperature Units
- Adjustable Foundations
- Wood Foundations
- RV Beds or accessories
- Mattress Pads or Protectors
In-Home trial does not apply to orders that were cancelled after processing or which have been incorrectly ordered by the customer and will be subject to a restocking fee and shipping charges incured.
Our In-home trial is intended to offer you the opportunity to try the AirPRO bed in your home and see for yourself that it is a great value. Your happiness is important to us; we want you to experience the best comfort and rest possible with your bed and are always here to provide you with the highest level of customer service if you have any questions or concerns.
