Air Bed Parts, Anti Hammock Air Chambers
Our Anti Hammock Air Chambers have tiny holes in the baffling on the inside walls of the air chamber allowing air transfer to other squares.
As pressure is applied to the air chamber in one spot the air is transferred to the next square closest to it providing increased support to the area around where you will lie.
On the Sleep Number air chambers, air has to go all the way to the side wall of the air chamber in order to transfer, causing it to hammock, or dip, where you lie. If you have tried their bed, you will notice your hips fall much faster than the rest of your body.
