We offer a 45 Night In-Home Trial on all AirPRO Air Mattresses.
Try one of our Air PRO Mattresses or Bed Sets for a full 45 Nights in the comfort of your own home so you too can find the true joy of sleeping on an Adjustable AirPRO Mattress. If after sleeping on your New AirPRO mattress for 45 nights you decide it is just not for you, simply contact our office for directions to ship the mattress back to our warehouse. We will issue you a RMA Number to put on all boxes. We require that the mattress must be returned in clean, sanitary condition. Please allow up to 30 days after we receive the product for inspection purposes. Mattresses must be received within 60 days of the purchase date.
Our in-home trial is intended to offer you the comfort of trying the AirPRO Bed in your home. Please note that our return percentage (people who send the bed back) is less than 1%. Our Beds are a great value and we want you to enjoy every minute of your time in it. We value you as a customer and want you to receive the very best comfort in the night and rest well knowing you will receive the highest level of customer service.

We do not and will not engage in the selling of any of your private information to third parties. Any information collected will be used by Air Bed Pros with the intent to sell our products and services. Any information collected can and will be used for that purpose. Any personal credit information i.e. credit card numbers or account numbers, shared with us is not stored. It is processed through First Data. In the event a customer account needs to be refunded, it will also be done through First Data. All orders through Airbedpros.com website or over the phone are processed within 24 to 48 hours after orders are placed and usually ship within 3 to 5 business days, not including holidays or weekends, so you should expect your order to arrive with 7 to 10 business days of placing your order. When your shipment arrives at your home please make sure to check all items in the boxes. Make sure to open the boxes and check all items to make sure your order is correct.
Tracking information via a tracking number is available once an order has been shipped indicating an expected delivery date. If a product is being delivered via a trucking company, you will be contacted by a representative to schedule a good time for you to accept the delivery. If you for some reason you can't keep the time you have scheduled, it is best to give the delivery company a call as soon as possible to set another time.

Break-In Period - Please note: In order to provide equal support, the heavier body parts must sink further into the sleep system than lighter body parts. When this occurs, the outside cover must stretch or "conform" to the unique shape of your body as it accomplishes a state of equilibrium in your new sleep system. The stretching or "conforming" of your cover is a natural part of the break in process for your new sleep system. Covers which have stretched to accommodate this natural process (and provide you with contoured support benefits) are not considered defective and are not covered under warranty.
Digital Air Pump/Air Chamber Limited Warranty:
All digital air pumps and air chambers are manufactured from the highest quality materials available. Every digital air pump and air chamber shall be free of failures resulting from defects in materials or workmanship for the period listed below from the date of original retail purchase if used under normal circumstances. This warranty is provided to the original purchaser only.
This warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective component, at the option of Airbedpros.com and any damages for breach of warranty due to consequential losses to property other than the warranted component is expressly excluded. In addition, any implied warranties are limited to the duration of this written warranty. This is the exclusive express warranty for this digital air pump and air chamber system, and any other statements or express warranties are expressly denied. This warranty is void unless the digital air pump and air chamber are used in accordance with instructions.
What is the coverage period?
Airbedpros.com warrants to the original purchaser only. The warranty starts with the date of original purchase. You must have your original purchase receipt to demonstrate original purchase date. Airbedpros.com obligation under this warranty shall be limited to the repair or replacement at our plant of any part or parts which prove defective within a period following the date of original purchase as outlined below.

Charge for repair or replacement years 4-20. 65 % of current retail price.
* Transportation costs to and from Airbedpros.com are the responsibility of the purchaser. Please allow up to 90 days for performance airbedpros.com under this warranty.
This limited warranty specifically Does Not apply to:
Excessive strain; any damage caused by improper use or improper installation; negligence; accidents; acts of God; failure caused by extreme temperatures; incidental or consequential damage; freight from to consumer associated with repair or replacement; the entire digital air pump and air chamber system if sold as "floor model" or "as is".
This warranty does Not cover defects caused by abuse, misuse, improper assembly, use with improper power supply or use without a Surge Protector.
This warranty is Void if the seal is broken or casing is opened. Any apparently defective digital air pump or air chamber must be returned to Airbedpros.com at the purchasers expense. A copy of the invoice or receipt of the original retail purchase of the digital air pump or air chamber must be included with the apparently defective digital air pump or air chamber. Please allow 90 days for the performance of this process. Any product repaired or replaced under this warranty does Not carry a new warranty. The product is covered under the original warranty for the time remaining from original purchase as stated above. The period is determined from the original date of purchase.
Repair or replacement: Airbedpros.com reserves as their legal right, the option to repair or replace parts covered under this warranty according to our discretion; to make substitutions as required, of materials and components of comparable value and utility of the original part. Any cover returned must be in sanitary condition. Soiled covers will not be accepted for warranty service.
If a defect occurs beyond the full replacement portion of the warranty, Airbedpros.com will repair or replace, at our option, the defective product at the listed portion of current retail price at the time of the warranty claim for the sleep system purchased or a comparable model of the product if the product originally purchased is no longer in production, plus reasonable freight charges.
This warranty will only be honored by direct approval of Airbedpros.com when all provisions of proof of application and availability of part for evaluation have been met. We require the customer to purchase the new part to be shipped, and then when the return warranty part is received in 30 business days and is able to be inspected for defects, a credit will be issued to your form of payment for the purchase price less shipping, provided it meets all the qualifications of our warranty disclosure.
Airbedpros.com will Not be liable for damage or shrinkage to covers caused by attempts to clean in conventional washer/dryer.
Airbedpros.com disclaims liability for any aspect of installation, and any inconvenience caused by a defective part of a component needing to be repaired or replaced. Since the customer controls the installation, inflation/fill, end use, and maintenance of the product, Airbedpros.com disclaims all liability for any damages caused by the use or misuse of this bed. This warranty excludes all other statutory or implied warranties upon which this mattress is sold.
Any and all policies of AirBedPros Inc. can change at any time at the sole discretion of AirBedPros Inc.
